Key Responsibilities Initiate and coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments Document patient information accurately into computer systems and ensure medical records are available Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring providers, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required 0-1 year of customer service experience in a contact/call center environment required 0-1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
