Key Responsibilities Lead complex investigations from internal reports and other escalation channels globally Own matters end-to-end, including planning, evidence gathering, and documentation Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide recommendations and insights Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in workplace investigations and employee relations matters Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a strong grounding in employment law principles Experience advising executives and senior leadership Strong analytical and critical thinking skills High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
