While previous detailing experience is a plus, it's not required. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for making vehicles look their best. Job Type & Schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles Clean and vacuum interiors, wash and dry exteriors, and dress tires Use carpet extractors and cleaning tools to maintain upholstery and surfaces Ensure each vehicle meets dealership presentation standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Complete tasks efficiently and accurately Qualifications Prior detailing experience preferred but not required Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and stay productive Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen Authorized to work in the United States Why Join Bob-Boyd Lincoln Long-standing, family-owned dealership with deep roots in the community High employee retention.
