Michigan Licensed Triage RN

A company is looking for a PRN Call Center Triage RN. Key Responsibilities Provide front-line support to community callers or patients seeking healthcare-related information Triage caller's condition/needs and direct them to the appropriate level of care Communicate effectively with other care team members to ensure timely response to caller needs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan BSN preferred and certification in the specialty area of practice encouraged Care management, patient triage, and ambulatory/clinic-based patient care experience preferred Experience as a participant in continuous quality improvement is advantageous
