Project Admin - Kissimmee $ 25 - $ 28 / Hour Location: Kissimmee, Florida Engineering & Construction Permanent Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams throughout all phases of construction projects. Monitor project progress from initiation through closeout, ensuring milestones, documentation, and deliverables are met Maintain and audit project files, subcontractor documents, work orders, pay applications, lien releases, and compliance documentation Assist with billing cycles including generating client invoices, month?end billing, subcontractor payments, and expense tracking. Coordinate communication with subcontractors Support the preparation and review of budgets, reports, and project analysis for project management and accounting teams Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize project documentation across internal teams Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring consistent file naming conventions and up?to?date records. Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders, material tracking, and vendor communication. Utilize tools such as Excel, Procore, Sage, and other construction or ERP/MRP software for tracking, documentation, and reporting. Qualifications: 25+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination, preferably with a general contractor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Procore, Sage, or construction accounting systems highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership. Experience coordinating billing, pay applications, or financial tracking in a construction environment is strongly preferred. Ability to read and understand construction documents is a plus. Highly proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate project needs before issues arise. Degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted.
