People Business Partner Director

A company is looking for a People Business Partner Director, Technology. Key Responsibilities Coach and consult with leaders on people-related matters to align talent initiatives with business priorities Partner with the CTO to implement standards for high-performance engineering teams and improve talent density Drive alignment and efficiency across the People Experience organization by developing effective people programs Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or in related talent roles, with at least 5 years in technology organizations Experience in change management, leadership changes, organization design, and talent strategy Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics BA/BS or equivalent work experience; advanced degree in Human Resources or related area preferred Experience supporting C-suite leaders is a plus
