Key Responsibilities Lead the design and optimization of outbound collections strategies across various channels Establish and govern contact policies and customer segmentation aligned with risk tiers Develop executive-level dashboards and analytics to measure effectiveness and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 7 years of experience in collections, credit operations, or lifecycle marketing 3 years of experience leading outbound dialer, SMS, and email strategies Hands-on experience with predictive dialers and outbound communications compliance Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
