A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker). Key Responsibilities Provide excellent member service while performing routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with various branch tasks and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Actively engage with members to identify their needs and offer appropriate products and services Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or college degree Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
