Key Responsibilities Own the US conference and field event strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and PSM to define event goals and manage lifecycle campaigns Track and report on event performance metrics, providing insights for optimization Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in B2B conferences, field marketing, or event marketing Strong project management and vendor coordination skills Experience collaborating with Sales and Revenue teams Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting ROI Preferred experience in healthcare, education, SaaS, or enterprise marketing
