Key Responsibilities Define and maintain standards for AI readiness, adoption, stabilization, and sustained usage Create reusable enablement assets including playbooks, validation checklists, and supervisor guides Analyze adoption signals to identify gaps and translate insights into actionable recommendations Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in AI adoption, enablement, or enterprise consulting Strong understanding of contact center operations and AI-driven self-service environments Experience designing scalable enablement frameworks or playbooks Practical familiarity with generative AI behavior and prompt design Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
