Employee Relations Partner

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner to support leadership with employee relations concerns. Key Responsibilities Assess and advise on employee relations situations, providing recommended actions based on policies and laws Analyze HR compliance statistics and trends to identify potential issues within departments Maintain documentation related to employee relations investigations and provide training on compliance and practices Required Qualifications Four-year degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field Three to five years of experience as a Human Resources generalist with a focus on employment law and employee relations Basic familiarity with compensation, recruiting, and organizational development principles Proven ability to conduct investigations and document findings accurately PC skills with proficiency in the Microsoft environment
