Key Responsibilities Define and drive the How to Launch process, ensuring accountability and timing Lead cross-functional launch projects, ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on time Develop and maintain schedules and checklists to keep stakeholders on track Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercialization and product launches within manufacturing or consumer goods 5+ years of experience working within a stage gate or gated product development process Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and interdependencies Strong cross-functional leadership skills Solid understanding of marketing deliverables and lead times for product launch
