AP AR Specialist

A company is looking for an AP/AR Specialist responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Key Responsibilities Process incoming invoices and employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time Generate and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding receivables Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles Experience reconciling accounts and managing collections Familiarity with invoice matching, purchase orders, and payment processing
