Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain (Plant Operations) The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain (Plant Operations) serves as the dedicated on-site connection between DrinkPAK's corporate Supply Chain team and plant-level operations. Fully embedded within the plant, this role attends all operational meetings, provides real-time supply chain support, and drives issue resolution to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and production continuity. At its core, this role exists to ensure the corporate supply chain team functions as an excellent shared service partner to the plant responsive, accountable, and operationally aligned. The Analyst bridges plant-level execution with corporate visibility, identifying risks early, solving problems quickly, and leading the development of the processes and standards that keep operations running smoothly. The position is based at DrinkPAK's Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The role is full-time, hourly. Serve as the single point of contact for plant supply chain needs, connecting the right resources quickly and ensuring the corporate supply chain team operates as a responsive shared service partner. Proactively identify and escalate material and capacity risks, maintaining clear and timely communication between plant and corporate teams. Provide rapid response to supply chain disruptions including shortages, delivery failures, and inventory discrepancies and lead root cause analysis to drive sustainable resolution. Audit warehouse and inventory practices to verify adherence to established processes, including FEFO/FIFO execution, material rotation, and storage standards; document findings and drive corrective actions with operations teams. Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory and partner with Planning and Procurement to drive timely disposition. Lead the development and implementation of plant-level supply chain SOPs, ensuring processes are clearly defined, consistently followed, and standardized across the network. Own plant-level KPI reporting and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel, ERP) to deliver actionable insights to plant leadership and the corporate supply chain team. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, material planning, or manufacturing operations preferably in beverage, food, or CPG. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems required. Strong working knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory methodologies and warehouse compliance practices. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, develop written SOPs, and drive process adoption in a manufacturing environment. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills able to operate effectively across all levels of a plant organization. Self-directed and adaptable, with a bias toward action and urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
