A company is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who will manage the full lifecycle of demand generation campaigns. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of demand generation campaigns, including planning, building, launching, measuring, and optimizing Create and manage multi-channel programs across various platforms, including HubSpot Monitor funnel health and produce performance reports with actionable recommendations Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations in a B2B or SaaS environment Proven track record of owning demand generation programs end to end, including reporting on pipeline impact 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including automation and reporting Experience in a high-volume, fast-moving, short-sales-cycle environment Strong analytical mindset with accountability for MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution metrics
