Lead Subcontracts Manager

A company is looking for a Lead, Subcontracts Management. Key Responsibilities Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities for U.S. Government and Commercial programs Interface with subcontractors and internal teams to manage contractual agreements and mitigate risks Coach junior staff on policies, procedures, and best practices in subcontract management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience Must be a U.S. Citizen Experience with federal subcontracting, including knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements Proven negotiation skills to maximize organizational return and minimize risk Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize actions effectively
