Recruiting Sourcer

A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer (eCommerce) to support high-volume and specialized hiring for creative and eCommerce teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Creative Recruiter to support recruitment for creative, digital, and eCommerce roles Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various platforms and channels Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill creative roles Required Qualifications 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in creative, digital, or eCommerce roles Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and creative-focused platforms Experience engaging passive talent with tailored messaging Experience working in Workday Recruiting or similar ATS functionality preferred Experience in eCommerce, creative agencies, entertainment, media, or consumer brands is a plus
