Key Responsibilities: Conduct brief client assessments during initial calls Provide crisis support, facilitate client admissions, referrals, and resource navigation Schedule appointments and verify insurance to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field Counseling intern or related experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or client-facing roles 2+ years' experience in client support, crisis response, or healthcare Compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting client success Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued and will be reflected in compensation
