Key Responsibilities Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone and email Process customer orders over the phone Educate and/or sell products to customers Required Qualifications Ability to perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software Creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer experience Availability to work Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT Must complete a pre-employment drug screen Seasonal position lasting up to six months within a 12-month period
