Life and Health Insurance Consultant

A company is looking for a Project Manager Consultant to manage health and welfare implementations for the national EBTech team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with business development teams to transfer sales cycle knowledge for new implementations Drive project management for concurrent projects and ensure progress against established goals Manage customer expectations and communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of project management experience with mid-to-large group implementations on Benefits Administration or comparable software Deep understanding of employee benefits, HRIS, Payroll, or equivalent programs Ability to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license within one year of employment Proficient with MS Office Suite
