Indiana Licensed Telehealth Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Telehealth Patient Assessment. Key Responsibilities Conducts patient assessments by phone to determine needs for incontinence supplies Completes 20-25 assessments daily with a focus on accuracy and documentation of medical history Identifies appropriate product needs and obtains prior authorization for requests outside standard formulary Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Current Registered Nursing License (RN) in the State of Indiana 2+ years of nursing experience demonstrating patience and compassion Proficient in using multiple databases and computer systems Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred
