Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist (Global) to manage and operationalize payroll across an international organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple global payroll tiers and ensure compliance with various tax and employment regulations Support evaluation and potential transition off the U.S. PEO model while maintaining payroll operations and coordinating with HR and Finance Prepare payroll reconciliations and ensure accurate integration of payroll data with ERP and finance systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll Demonstrated exposure to international payroll environments Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and accruals Experience with ADP or similar enterprise payroll platforms Ability to manage PEO relationships and operate across different tax jurisdictions
