Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations Document all customer interactions and assist members in accessing care Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance is a plus Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Willingness to attend additional training as needed
