Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee the Wellsboro, Cole, and Kane Offices. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary home health team, ensuring quality, safety, and financial goals are met Facilitate patient care coordination and manage operations within established policies and budgetary parameters Supervise and evaluate assigned staff, participating in hiring and orientation processes Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA with a BSN, or a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in PA Management experience preferred Minimum of one year of recent home healthcare experience required; three years preferred Knowledge of Federal, State, and JC regulations Effective customer relationship skills and willingness to maintain relationships with key customers
