Billing Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager responsible for optimizing the subscription billing process and managing quote-to-cash systems. Key Responsibilities Support and improve the Salesforce CPQ system and its integration with NetSuite Lead day-to-day billing operations and establish invoicing procedures Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to streamline deal desk processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in billing, finance, or revenue operations, preferably in SaaS Proven expertise with CPQ systems and hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite CPA or significant accounting experience is a strong advantage Experience with project management tools and communication platforms
