We need a partner who loves to build systems, thrives in an active and generative environment, and isnt afraid of the moments that come with high-impact liberation work.The Role: What Youll DoAs our Executive Assistant, you are the glue. You ensure our leadership stays productive and our operations run smoothly.Strategic Calendar & Inbox Defense: Manage complex schedules and Slack/email communications for both Co-EDs. Youll be the welcome point and the "drafter-in-chief" for professional correspondence.Logistics Legend: Handle all travel logistics (flights, accommodations, ground transport) and ensure our Pex cards and expense reports are reconciled by the 10th of every month.Project & Office Support: Help us organize our "digital home" on Google Drive, assist with administrative needs for the new land project, and support our growing team as we formalize onboarding.Meeting Rhythm: Youll coordinate our meeting cadence with our various consultants to keep our compliance and culture on track.Who You AreExperienced: You have at least 3 years of experience supporting executive-level staff, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven space.Tech-Savvy: Youre a pro with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs) and Slack.Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks with a high degree of discretion.Values-Aligned: You have a demonstrated commitment to liberation.
