Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist, Caregiver Coaching. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to support new enrollments into the Caregiver Coaching program Provide program information and educate prospective clients about the services offered Perform intake processes and document information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA requirements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 2+ years of high-volume customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment Proficiency with MS Office and Excel; experience with Salesforce preferred Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple systems Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
