Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related field required. 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered. 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role or other related field Experience should include hands-on experience with financial management processes, 3rd party reimbursements budgeting, and direct people management Previous experience in a Home Health services environment preferred Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills Reliable transportation to perform job tasks You will report to the Chief Financial Officer or Vice President of Finance.
