Senior Human Resources Generalist

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their Talent Strategy team. Key Responsibilities Guide managers through performance management processes and ensure compliance with organizational values Conduct workplace investigations and assist with corrective actions in partnership with legal and HR leadership Support workforce transitions and maintain HR policies to reflect legal requirements and organizational standards Required Qualifications At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in employee relations or business partner role Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues and processes Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
