Training Program Coordinator The DFL is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to build and lead a robust statewide training program that equips activists, volunteers, local party leaders, candidates, and community partners with the skills and knowledge they need to power Democratic victories across Minnesota. This new, permanent position is ideal for someone who excels at bringing structure to big ideas, building partnerships, and managing multiple moving parts behind the scenes. The Coordinator will not be the primary trainer, but will manage the content, scheduling, logistics, and overall experience of a year-round training program that reflects the DFL's values and strategic goals. This is a high-impact role that will play a critical part in building long-term grassroots power ahead of a pivotal election cycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive annual training plan in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, communications, and materials for in-person and virtual audiences. Support the development of accessible, engaging curriculum and maintain a centralized content library. Provide technical and facilitation support to trainers and participants during events. Track and analyze feedback and participation data to continually improve offerings. Build relationships with local and national training providers and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary range of $50,000$70,000 depending on experience.
