A company is looking for a Business Analyst I, II, or III to support and enhance their Policy Administration systems.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and document requirements Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate on system enhancements Manage project deliverables and support user acceptance testing and issue resolution Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, preferably with Florida experience Understanding of insurance processes and system workflows Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Visio, or Jira is preferred Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
