Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of 50-100 qualified prospects and donors capable of giving $50k-$1M+ annually Execute high-touch cultivation and solicitation strategies, representing the organization in donor conversations Translate complex technical challenges into compelling philanthropic narratives for high-net-worth individuals and institutions Required Qualifications 8+ years of frontline fundraising experience with a proven track record of closing six-figure+ gifts Ability to work autonomously and independently without extensive support staff Understanding of digital privacy and the importance of a non-profit model in the technology sector Strong writing and speaking skills to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner Proficiency with financial basics and donor management systems
