A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Representative (Outbound Call Center).
Key Responsibilities Make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective patients Guide prospective members through the enrollment process and maintain accurate documentation of interactions Respond to inbound calls, address inquiries, and ensure timely completion of onboarding steps Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required At least 1 year of contact center, patient-facing provider, or customer service experience is required Prior experience with CRM systems and data entry skills is preferred Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus Must have reliable Internet service and a secure workspace for remote work
