Head of Engineering

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the design and development of a healthcare technology platform. Key Responsibilities Architect and build core components of the healthcare services platform, including integrations with scheduling and billing systems Write production-grade code and make pragmatic architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, security, and compliance Hire and mentor a high-impact engineering team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership Required Qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on building experience Experience leading engineering efforts in early- to growth-stage companies, including team management Proficiency in Flutter, React, and Java Deep familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS Experience in digital health or healthcare services environments is strongly preferred
