Key Responsibilities Own forecasting models and translate growth projections into actionable capacity plans Design and maintain global schedules to align coverage with headcount and skill distribution Partner with leadership to enable strategic workforce planning and support operational priorities Required Qualifications Experience in Workforce Management or operational planning in a Support or technical services environment Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and staffing models Highly analytical with the ability to derive insights from complex data Experience in building systems from scratch without an existing WFM playbook Ability to collaborate effectively across various leadership levels
