A company is looking for a Director of Customer & Internal Enablement. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the enablement strategy and operating plans for internal and customer-facing teams Lead the Enablement Center of Excellence to establish standards, frameworks, and best practices Design and implement training and resources for internal teams and customers to enhance engagement and drive adoption Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enablement, customer success, operations, or related fields, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or benefits administration Proven experience in building enablement frameworks or Centers of Excellence with measurable outcomes Strong strategic and operational skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics and customer insights
