Key Responsibilities Lead the development of revenue growth management strategies that align with corporate goals Oversee trade strategy management and post-promotion ROI analysis Develop and optimize pricing strategies and promotional architecture across channels Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience in sales, analytics, trade, or related fields Experience with trade management software and strategy/planning Experience in managing and developing talent Background in the CPG industry, particularly in Planning or Supply Chain functions Ability to influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels
