A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance and support to users.
Key Responsibilities Process service requests and escalate to IT team members as necessary Provide helpdesk and technical support via phone or remote access Assist with troubleshooting, system errors, and implementation of new software Required Qualifications High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Proven experience in a help desk or customer support role Technical knowledge of office automation products and remote control systems Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
