A company is looking for an IL Licensed Bilingual Clinician: LMSW, LCSW or LPC in Behavioral Health. Key Responsibilities Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients within assigned Care Pods Coordinates behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitors patient progress Educates patients on behavioral health and assists in the development of self-management goals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program Licensed to practice in Illinois as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician A secure, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and cloud-based systems
