A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer queries through various channels, empowering customers to utilize the service effectively Drive the Product Feedback program to advocate for software sellers and enhance the service based on user feedback Contribute to the development of team resources, identify inefficiencies in support workflows, and escalate critical support issues as needed Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in online customer support (B2C/B2B), preferably for a SaaS product Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using browser developer tools Experience using and testing APIs, as well as providing support for API-related queries Comfort with making basic SQL queries Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate across different time zones
