Retirement Plan Administrator

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator - Plan Terminations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete process of terminating employer-sponsored retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with plan sponsors, service providers, and participants for the efficient distribution of plan assets Educate stakeholders on plan termination procedures and address any concerns throughout the process Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years of experience in A-Z retirement plan administration, with expertise in 401(k) plan terminations preferred Strong knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations related to retirement plans Experience using FTW and PensionPro preferred Professional certifications such as QKA or APA, and ASPPA/NIPA membership are a plus
