Key Responsibilities Provide HR Generalist services including onboarding, employee relations, and policy management Collaborate with the Recruiting Team on hiring and position updates Conduct employee exit interviews and assist with benefits-related issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong HRIS experience, preferably with UKG Experience with internal investigations and corrective actions Familiarity with employment laws and regulations Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
