A company is looking for a Medication Access Team Manager responsible for overseeing prior authorization for medications and managing the Medication Access team. Key Responsibilities Manage medication access and affordability services, including prior authorization and patient support initiatives Recruit, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing supervision and performance management Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project success Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience working with healthcare providers State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration required within 6 months of hire Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or personnel management experience preferred Active CPhT certification preferred
