Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures Monitor helpline sessions, provide training, and evaluate staff performance Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence through calls and chats Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field 2+ years of experience managing paid staff in a crisis intervention or social services setting Crisis hotline/intervention experience Proficiency in Google Workspace applications Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background checks
