A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Hardware) to join their recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a talent advisor for complex hiring across the RMS division Develop and optimize recruiting strategies to improve candidate management processes Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive hiring projects Required Qualifications BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring Experience in startups, tech, or relevant hardware domains Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
