A company is looking for an Okta Support Specialist to support enterprise identity and access management operations. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 support for Okta-related issues, including SSO, MFA, and access provisioning Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IAM incidents and service requests from Tier 1 Service Desk teams Configure and manage Okta tenants, including applications, users, groups, and policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience engineering, deploying, or supporting enterprise IT systems Strong hands-on experience with Okta as an enterprise identity provider Proven experience troubleshooting Okta authentication and access issues in production environments Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
