A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage the lifecycle of customer-facing contracts. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts from intake through drafting, review, negotiation support, execution, and post-execution tracking Draft and revise agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and operational capabilities Collaborate cross-functionally to support compliant and efficient contract execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field 3-6 years of experience in contract administration or management Experience in a regulated healthcare or insurance environment, preferably within a TPA Working knowledge of healthcare administrative services models, ERISA, and HIPAA requirements Contract management certification such as CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent is preferred
