Key Responsibilities Follow established processes to collect payments from current and former students Communicate with students via phone, mail, and email regarding account balances and payment arrangements Analyze collection trends and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable activities Required Qualifications High School Diploma required 2-4 years of collections or business/accounting related work experience required Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is desired Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of utilizing multiple systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
