Senior Community Project Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Culture & Community Project Specialist who will drive culture and community initiatives. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage the ERG strategy, supporting multiple ERGs and ensuring alignment with community goals Oversee ERG programming and logistics, ensuring quality and consistency in events and communications Manage community impact initiatives and collaborate on metrics and reporting to drive strategic improvements Required Qualifications Proven experience leading ERGs or large-scale groups through influence Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups Ability to scale programs and create frameworks for ERG and community initiatives Experience in creating executive-level communications and summaries Familiarity with collaboration tools and experience with AI tools to enhance workflows is a plus
