Key Responsibilities Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patients Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and communicate with patients via online chat Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant
